Model problem

I make some models with 3ds max7. but when i convert them to .3ds and import with milkshape, i lost
some parts(faces). maybe too many vertices???
can i convert .max file directly to .dts?

Definately... There is a maxToDts exporter... Check out the Torque documentation pages
