Fixed) Posted .plans dont show up (only using IE)

I posted a .plan week ago, didnt show up. So I gathered, ok, .plans are *really* getting moderated now, prolly will show up later. Didnt. Well, probably it wasnt that good, a minor plan about GID.
However, today posting other plan i started thinking that cant be right. Thought, maybe problem is IE. Tried posting same plan in Firefox- voila!

Yes, I still have saved text of the plan. should I try to post it again? Cause I wouldnt want to spam plan section if this time it gets posted.

Just a note. I can edit my plans in IE with no problems. Seems that only the initial sumbit cause weirdness.

It came up fine, I repoasted the other plan and it posted fine..
Perhaps it was how long it took me to write the plan.

I added a new plan today, and it didnt show up... Luckily I had copied the text to the clipboard. I posted a TEST plan to make sure they werent, now, being moderated... It came up fine, I repoasted the other plan and it posted fine..
