Fixed) Little pop-up that didnt have any info

I'm very fond of the little link beneath text fields, that leads to pop-up, describing how to format text so I can put fancy links and whatnot in the post. Most likely because I'm too dumb to remember all that stuff.
Unfortunately, in new site it doesnt really work, pop-up opens but has no info, just weird line at the top.
Both IE and Firefox.
