(fixed) Can

I submitted a new resource earlier today (worked fine), but now when I tried to submit another one it refuse to work. I get the error:
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server."
"Forbidden

No. Doesn't seem to be it. I can't see any tabs in my text anyway.

It is NOT fixed... I tested just 10 seconds ago to submit a resource.

Because Rick thinks he fixed the bug... if he has not you should post the details of what you tried to post and what happens.
