Content Packs - how to?

I want to contribute contents packs for Torque. Do I need a special arrange / license with GG or what's the story?
Can I just built the packs then sell them here or do I need to arrange a publishing deal?

You'll need to speak with GG, most likely Josh Williams. The best bet is to put together a quality pack, and then have them review it and give you suggestions for improvement, and then assuming they approve of the content pack, they will discuss their publishing terms with you (which are quite lenient).

No one can forbid to create content packs without consent and knowledge of GG, i think. On the other hand - visibility on site and promotion sure would help the pack.
