Brave Tree content packs

This question goes out to anyone who owns any of the Brave Tree content packs. I'm giving serious thought to purchasing a few of their packs. I want to know a few things about the vehicles though before i do.
1) Are the vehicles mountable (ie tank pack, car pack, war sparrow, hover bike) or is it set up so the vehicle is the main player that you control?
2)If you purchase all the vehicles have they included scripts that allow you to have seperate control maps for each vehicle. I would imagine that the keyboard / mouse setup would be quite different between all the vehicles and hope they have included a method to have multiple vehicles within a game with independent control maps for each vehicle.
That is all, you're feedback and comments are greatly appreciated.
Thank You

I would recommend at least picking up one of them. I bought the tank pack myself and it was well worth the cost. If nothing else, it will help you to learn how to setup your own vehicle types.

I have the warsparrow pack, and it was useful in just having an example of integrating a flying vehicle into my game.

Adam covered it well I think. You can do both, and changing the keybinds would not be difficult.I have the warsparrow pack, and it was useful in just having an example of integrating a flying vehicle into my game.

I agree with Adam's advice. I have just purchased the Environment Pack and it all work perfect with no mucking about (just following the instructions) and in just one evening I have learnt shedloads! Perfick for a noob like me to get my game going.

Another question, that isn't all that important cos i'm sure i'll find out soon enough, but what exactly is an *.ifl file and what does it do?

Excellent, thanks for the input guys. Well i'm sold, i plan to buy the tank pack and the bundle pack that pretty much has everything else in it. I'm looking forward to learning some new things about the Torque Vehicle Classes.Another question, that isn't all that important cos i'm sure i'll find out soon enough, but what exactly is an *.ifl file and what does it do?

An IFL is an Image File List or an Image File Library. Much like animated GIFs.

Pretty sure it's just a plain text file of a filenames that should be displayed.

2) Dont think so... although that would be a relatively easy task if you had to do it yourself.
My advice is that you pick them up. They are affordable, easy to customize, and contain a wealth of knowledge. :)
