Just starting after having Torque since Oct 2004

Hi everyone,

Well I finally have the time to start into TGE fulltime and I had two questions.

1) How do I compile the Torque Demo to run in fullscreen?

and

2) Where can I get TBE? I have links to the manual and readme file but nothing to download the actual program.
