updating with cvs?

I don't quite understnad what I have to do just to get the lastest fixes, could someone explain?

If you did a checkout with WinCVS, then select the torque directory in the left WinCVS file browser pane. Then select the Modify - Update Selection menu item. This will pop up the Update Settings dialog. If you did your original (or last) checkout using a tag, then make sure you select the Reset any sticky date/tag/-k options check box (otherwise it will just update to the last tag, which won't do anything). Press Ok to start it going. This will update you to the head revision.

ahhh only works if torque folder is selected in right pane not left 4 me.
