Melee RW book

I talked whis Mattf in chat and hi said that I can download a book from RealmWars, but I get:

cvs [checkout aborted]: authorization failed: server cvs.garagegames.com rejected access to /cvs/realmwars/ for user viik

when trying to connect using wincvs.

Book I talked was about creating melee fighting game. Is it public accessible?

I found two exelent recources about melee:
1) posted above
2) "Hand to Hand Combat, Locational Damage and Collision and More." by Josh Albrecht

is there more such recources?

There is also my Roll Based Melee tutorial :)
It's much simpler than the others, looks just as good IMHO, doesn't require any C++ mods and works out of the box with stock TGE 1.3
