General question about icon use

Hello I was thinking about doing a 3d game studio and torque comparison for my website's developer's section. What i was wondering is do I have to ask for permission to use the torque logo? I know its probably good form to ask anyway. So any GG employees is it okay to use that logo or the garage games logo for the purpose of comparing two products?
