New to game animation and rigging please help

Guys I like to ask:
can I use the bones from the orc model and move them to my own model (somthing like copy and past bones)? and If yes please tell me how to do that in 3ds max 6 ?
but if it's not possible please tell me another solution if there is one?

You can simply change the mesh of the Turorial Model from the art pack. Simply delete the mesh and multires mesh and then work from the bones there. You'll probably want to adjust things too.
Otherwise use a basic biped to get you started. Use the User Documentation, it's a bible!
