He's made some great levels in the past! I'd like to see some of his new work, even if it's fewer than 38. Whatever number of levels is ready for posting, I think Alex is about to post the next archive.

MarbleBlast levels are cross-platform (work on Win, Mac, Unicks (grin) etc.) Have you been to the downloads page? Have a go!

The best way is to zip it up then send it. Also include a READme file if it uses a custom installation.
