Is Realm Wars still Active?
Theres been no Update for 1 1/2 - 2 years now.

And Also, Where has the Realm Wars section in the Forums gone?

Sorry if these questions have already been answered, but I don't visit here often.

What do you mean? It's still there (the forums), it's currently in a semi-secret development stage, no longer really being a community developed game per se, just a small subset of the community.
