You read the website and find the answers to your questions.

1. International banking and money transfer services.
2. It depends on the the laws governing your country. I'm not up on Chinese law, though I do know the Hong Kong is in a grey area when it comes to international trade because of the switch-over.
3. The private forums are an excellent resource.

@Derek if you want to sell it on your own, you need the commercial license which is $495 i believe. That way you don't have to sell via GG

If you need help, you could use the forums as David said (it's very fast) or you can also hop onto IRC

Actually, unless his profits are over the $250,000 (US) mark, he can utilize the indie license. People in the UK, Australia, Japan, US, etc all have the same indie rights as long as their country will support the license legally.

EDIT: Screwed up the pricing with the old pricing scheme, just like the previous confusion in this thread.

You cannot use the Indie license for anything but games. If you do not have a credit card, there is no fast way to get an order to us. You have to use a money order or cashier's check and mail it to us.

Please, please, please. There is ABSOLUTELY no connection between selling your game with GG and using ANY Torque license, tool, or product. Please guys. This was only for the first six months of GG's life. We have said it over and over and over. No royalties, not ties to GG whatsoever.

I know, I just got the $500,000 and $250,000 mixed up when I posted from the commercial price change.
