Hey everyone, well just figured I'd throw a request thread out there for people to show their progress with their project... whether its just a bunch of clever code or some simple stick man pics feel free to show it !
I love seeing peoples progress, plus it helps motivate and help eachother so feel free to do so !
EDIT: btw if you need hosting for videos, apps (properly formated via the tutorial - second to last page ), or pics feel free to e-mail them my way.

That's really cool. It's wonderful and exciting to see T2d being used for such good ends. Do keep us posted on developments!

For Mac users out there, you can download the game (as it stands so far) here:
www.chriscockcroft.com/HoverCrash.sit
Up to accelerate, left/right to turn, Spacebar to fire.
Press 1 for single shot weapon, 2 for rapid fire, and 3 for mines (watch out - you can blow yourself up very easily :)
There is some really great stuff coming from everybody. This is a blast!

Well, now that I finally have my game compiled to run on a machine other than mine, I thought I'd post here.

Jason: I'd love to sign on as a play-tester. With lots of prior experience in teaching (was actually going to be one oh-so-long-ago) I am *hyper* (okay, so that's true anyways. :P ) interested in what's going on with educational/edutainment software. I love the graphics style, too!
I'm not going to pick out individual projects because I've come in so late. (Thanks to Matthew - i.e. "King Bob" - who pointed out to me that I probably hadn't turned on *all* the other forums that I had access to! *blush* I wondered why I still only had access to a very few forums! doh!) Anyways, even though I'm not going to pick out individual projects, I'd just like to say that I'm honored to be affiliated with such a great group of people!

I can't believe the stuff you guys have done! This is amazing! My project is nowhere near ready for even a "tiny" unveiling, so y'all will just have to wait! lolJason: I'd love to sign on as a play-tester. It's cool to see what everyone's doing. Now if only I can get my coding skills up, then I too can make spiffy games :)

@Randy: glad you posted it here, really is some fun good starter work
@Owen: I love Zelda ! will definately have to check out a demo version of that, btw if you need bug testing I'd help test it (with what limited time I can offer)
@Chris: really slick, love the logo image and the sprites have a very refined look, will have to try the demo when I get a minute
@Netjera: You'll have some impressive stuff I can feel it, your learning quick, especially with little coding background, just keep it up, btw welcome to the forum, lol it is pretty packed
@Matt Van Gorkom: Can't wait to see what you come up with
EDIT:

Holy vaca! You guys rock!
Torque Owner Terry Greenlaw
It plays silly jungle noises in the background, and the gorilla slams into stuff which makes the camera shake and other noises play. Wonderfully pointless :-)
My main focus is developing interactive "games" for children with Austistic Spectrum Disorder. My best friend's 4 year old boy has ASD, and it's amazing to watch him interact with computers. I'm going to start out with 2D interactions to help him develop communication skills and increase social interaction. My end goal is a multiperson 3D world with lots of 2D and 3D activities for kids to help strengthen their intersocial skills. Of course, all this playing with T2D isn't exactly helping my intersocial skills any :-)
