Hey everyone, well just figured I'd throw a request thread out there for people to show their progress with their project... whether its just a bunch of clever code or some simple stick man pics feel free to show it !
I love seeing peoples progress, plus it helps motivate and help eachother so feel free to do so !
EDIT: btw if you need hosting for videos, apps (properly formated via the tutorial - second to last page ), or pics feel free to e-mail them my way.

With tongue firmly in cheek, my practise project, hoping to be an amalgamation of ExciteBike and Road Rash, plus some sort of ragdoll system thrown in, is named "XXXciteDoll Rash!!!" (and yes, exclamation marks are part of the title... read it in the Unreal Tournament announcer voice :). So far I've got the movement and control mechanics in place, and am starting to get some tile art done (though not in this shot). Most of the gameplay mechanics have been ironed out via a mess of sketching and scribbling in my sketchbook, so all that remains is some dedication, and free time.

edit: Yes, I'm aware that the exhaust smoke (and flame, and sparks :) are larger than the bike. :-p

Working on the 89,445th Tetris clone. Shapes are created by mounting 4 small blocks together in one of 7 patterns randomly. Everything basically works, just need to add flash and flare. Chose this to learn T2D because I've always had a few aspects of Tetris I couldn't figure out...just had to put my mind to it...

Looking good Jeremy... re-creating an old game is one of the best ways to learn, then adding some of your own flash and flare can make it fun to mess with... plus you then realize that some of those old games were kind of clever with code lol

Approximately the third major re-release [or re-molestation] of JuggleMaster [that *I've* written] so far. This is the first one where I've translated the core library to a *completely* different language.

The first and possibly the only "edutainment" created with Torque2D, this is the almost completed Argus Teaches Multiplication Facts. It's going to be a commercial indie release, hopefully this week. Yes, those are jumping sheep!

@Gavin: Don't know if you've noticed but shouldn't that be "Guard"? Also, I hope you're using animated tiles for that water. :)

Gavin, That's looking good great. The sprites look ace, real nice color choices (almost reminds me of Fire Emblem :). Don't forget to touch up the tiles so they don't look like, well, tiles. :) Looking forward to seeing updates.

Lordy, that math game looks fab! I love the art style you've got going on in there. :) In line with Charlie's offer, I could test it too, since I often feel like a 4 year-old. :-pGavin, That's looking good great. IRC's like a drug. It's the bane of productivity. You'll find me there almost all day, everyday. :-D
