Short term opportunity: 60 day military visualization project

I have a short term project opportunity for an experienced Torque programmer in San Diego, CA. We're interested in an interactive visualization of some military simulation algorithms. No new art would be needed--the standard Torque terrain textures and the BraveTree tank pack should be sufficient. DoD Secret clearance desirable but not required. If the project can't be accomplished by mid-June, the opportunity will evaporate, so ability to work on a strict deadline is critical, as is previous experience with Torque.
