Map 2 Dif Alpha

I've created an interior and converted the map to a dif with the new map2dif_alpha and when I attempt to load it (trying manually through mission editor) it gives me the 'incorrect version...or related art' and does a NetDisconnect.
Logs as an 'invalid packet'.
Is there a version header/update that I need to deal with, to use a newer map2dif?

If you push the tilde (~) key when you are loading your mission, you'll bring up the console. the console tells you exactly what art asset torque cant find.

The dif version was upped by the new map2dif which means they won't be backwards compatible with 1.2 or older versions of Torque. You need to update to a 1.3 codebase.

I've had the samne problem, though I have the 1.3 codebase....can't figure it out though....Any ideas?
