Software theft of open source!

Grrrrr. I use blender for modelling and was astounded to find it relabelled and being sold as a sepearte product. The company that does this is selling all sorts of open-source software on ebay! How can they get away with it.

I thought this would be about some of the Quake/2 projects who have had their code lifted for closed-source projects.

Many open source licenses allow this. It is legal and not theft. Cheesy IMHO but legal.
