Anyone use Ultimate++ ?

If anyone can verify Torque compiles with this, we might have a VC++ killer ;-)
Edit: It says "You can use either MinGW compiler system or free Microsoft(R) Visual C++(TM) Toolkit 2003".. So its a frontend (IDE) and you can use a free compiler with it. I'm pretty sure MiniGW compiles w/ torque (isnt that what Bloodshed Dev-C++ uses)
