2 map at the same time?

Is it possible that 2 players or more can edit the map on a server while in and playing ? and if yes, How??

I would suggest even if it was possible that it would be an exceedingly bad idea.

Map editing is not networked--and you cannot edit maps while connected to a non-co located server process.

How do games like Second Life do it then, where they have miles and miles of player-editable terrain?

Man I loved that virtual world
