player model tutorial

i am used to making quake III models which are pretty simple as far as converting fromteh meshmodel to the ones that work ingame... i was looking at the tribes two samples and they have lots of things like perspective boxes and sublayers... any good tuts on making playermodles for torque?

Joe Maruschak is writing up a very extensive tutorial about using the exporter within 3DS Max (much of the information found within the tutorial should be transferable to Milkshape). Hopefully with some luck it will be avialable to everyone shortly.
