Documentation, Tutorials, and Utilities in V12

How are you going to handle the 3rd party spread of information about V12? Even though it only costs $100, it seems like you are at least going to try and keep it somewhat closed. Is GG going to host every last scrap of info about V12 that gets created? Can I set up a page on the net that hosts documentation, or tutorials. If I write a utility for use in the community, can it be distributed from an open web page? What I understand from reading the info given out so far, posting the source in full for download on the net will be a "bad thing". But is documenting the source on a geocities account a "bad thing"? Is writing a utility or tutorial and showing the relevant source on a jump.to page a "bad thing"? Where is the line going to be drawn?

We highly encourage this type of activity. It would be awesome for people to have support sites such as this.

Utilities, tools, how-tos would be great. Posting the entire source and letting other people download it would not.

I figured as much. I guess I wasn't as clear as I meant to be. I'm wondering if there is a set policy on how much source is too much, or if it's more of a case by case/obvious abuse system. Documentation/Tutorials could contain fairly extensive walk throughs of specific functions or classes. A good site would have as many of these as it could find, thus making public a large part of the source. I'm not sure if I'm being any clearer this time. Let me try and sum it up.

Is there a line before posting the source in one tarball for download and if so what is at least the general idea that you have on what that line is?
