Can someone help me figure out how I get the "adjustLODs.mcr" installed into 3DS Max 4.2?

I cannot find that information in the Torque Documentation or in the 3DS Max Help Files.

It say's in the Documentation:

1) Open SimpleShape2.max located in the documentation file pack.

2) Now, install this macroscript named adjustLODs.mcr, also found in the file pack.

3) Now, launch the script by pressing the AdjustLODs button in your toolbar. Select the MultiRes shape, and you should see something similar to Figure 2.

Step 1 I can handle.

Step 2 seems to be the problem because I can search the 3DS Max Help files all day for " Please refer to your 3DSMAX help file about how to install macroscripts". I can not find how to "Install MacroScript" anywhere.

Step 3 never happens because step 2 is not completed.

I have been stuck on this for 3 days now.

Macroscripts are Maxscripts that run from a UI as opposed to being compiled and run when the user wants access to the script. You can add any Maxscript to a UI panel simply by selecting the code then drag & dropping it onto a UI option such as the toolbar at the top of 3DS Max.
