Money order

It's been two weeks since I've sent my money order for TGE. I haven't got any response from GG, so propably you haven't received it.
I've sent Christmas greeting card to Canada in same fashion and it arriwed week later. I'm starting to worry that my 100$ are lost for good.
Do you have some sort of bad weather or some other reason which delays postal service?
I've sent it as urgent via air-mail, and paid extra fee for recipient hands only service.
Am I too paranaoid?

Might be better to Email GG directly than to post here where they MIGHT see it.

Have you recieved the return reciept yet? If not then you may
want to check with your local postal service and have them trace it,
they can track it by the number of your reciept.

I work for a company that deals with mail from a lot of places like latvia, moldova, romania, etc.. and sometimes we don't get our mail from these countries for 3 weeks or more. I am in florida and they are in OR so I am even farther away then they are.

So I guess I am saying don't sweat it yet

Here's the flip side: How does anyone know you sent it? All we have is your word.

The right way to deal with this is take your money order rec't, the ones here in the states can be looked up to see if it has been cashed based on your rec't number. If you paid extra, the delivery service should be able to confimr delivery and you might even be able to track the package.

If it HAS been cashed, then you email them, and say "it was cashed on such and such a date, where's my download?"

If it has not been cashed, it has been lost or stolen fro mthe mail (in which case you need to deal with your issuing bank on how to stop payment on it and re-issue, or other loss prevention avenues) or, more likely, it simply has not arrived yet.

In short, yes, you are too paranoid.

Please email timg@gargegames.com
We almost always process orders the same day they are received ..unless Tim and I are both gone at the same time.
