EM Problem

Ok see the 2 screenshots below,

When importing models into Torque, getting problems with what im assuming is the Environment Mapping....

Im not a modeler, just taking what im given from my model guy, im assuming it is the alpha setting on the model, but how to change?

With EM turned on
