Invisible Shape Replicator Shapes

This was posted somewhere before, but i forget where. So i'll mention it here.
My problem is some of the shapes produced by the shape replicator aren't showing. I know they are there because i run into them, but nothing shows in the space. Is this some flaw in torque or somethin im doing? Any way to fix it? Thanks!
oh, and just noticed that i can run thru the trees that do draw. I'll hit em and my player will jerk then pop through. And some are pretty much totally walk-thru. Then others are solid.

What im doin here are trees. And i tried another map with 11 different replicators with different trees for each, and about 120 shapes per replicator. This seemed to go off just fine, no isses, and its also quite a bit less. So seems to do this when you get into high numbers.

Ya, just a single player game with 2 shape replicators running alot of shapes each. Only changes made to any of the code was some setting changes with the crossbow, engine is untouched. I think i had em around 1000 shapes each. I tried messin around more and it doesn't seem to do this with much less shapes. What im doin here are trees.
