Great web hosting...

Alrighites, I hope i'm posting in the right forum...this site isn't mine, but i found it, and it's a really great host:

they don't have automated, but all you have to do is register at their forum (no, they do not spam you), post a request on the free web hosting section (you'll see other people who have done the same - just follow that format), and in a few hours they'll respond to you with an email. Here's what they have to offer (according to the description):
Cpanel, 10GB Bandwidth, 120Mb space, MySql, PHP, No Ads.
I'm not sure about the cpanel bit, but heck, everything else seems nice.
