Update: fixed! Strange Green Rays

I am not sure if this is actually a bug or not. Is anybody else experiencing this anomaly or know what is causing it? Whenever a unit is selected, there are faint green rays that shine on the terrain, one directly straight down and one to the left.
See movie of it here.
Kinda hard to see but very annoying. I noticed that folks mentioned in another forum topic that they had seen the green rays. The problem they were having was a missing the "ring_white" file; that is not the problem here. I think they were able to see the rays because the selection circle was not showing up at all, making the rays much more obvious.
Just wondering if anyone has a clue.

Odd, those rays look like they might be showing up alonge the terrain texture seams.

Isn't that how it always is? I spent hours and hours trying to figure this out, replacing drivers, trying different PCs, swapping out graphics cards, going through the code with a fine tooth comb...and all the while it was something as simple as a corrupt little PNG file.
Josh, Martin thanks for your help.

Hurray!! I figured it out. It was a screwed up PNG file. Replaced it with the original one and all is well. Isn't that how it always is?
