Importing to Blender?

I could have sworn I remember something about importing a DTS to Blender. Is this possible? If so, how is it done? Thanks!

An importer script is no longer bundled with the exporter, for the reasons Scott has mentioned.
The script was removed due to concerns from the community about its potentially illegal usage.
