Help with ContentPack

I am trying to get my content pack into torque/torque rts pack
I bought the combo pack with the buildings, trees, ect. and the files are DV not dts (I am new so I dont really know what they mean) I read the instructions on how to put it in torque but I didnt understand it.

Also how do you make the buildings show up on this so I can add them into the game.

They should be .dif, which differs from .dts. For example, it can't explode, it has to be convex, etc. Buildings for TGE are tipicly made in QuArK, and not more common modelers for .dts such as 3ds Max 6, Maya (although an exporter exists), Blender, and Milkshape.
I don't have the rts pack, but if you just look through starter.fps you should find a file (I believe in data) that you can put interiors into. Look for a similar file in whatever files come with RTS starter pack.
I don't know what the .dv file is. Perhaps it can be imported into QuArK, or maybe it will already work with Torque. I suggest reading the directions again, and following them step-by-step. I also recommend reading all of the TGE documentations, and doing the www.codesampler.com tutorials for TGE.
