Production Manager Position

Looking for a production position to over see a game project. I have 2 years of management skills in a printing enviroment. I have about 16 people under me including designers, printers, and CSR. I am looking to help buid a game from the ground up or if it needs a boost to get it going again. I have been playing games for 19 years and love them. I taught a basic programming class in high school and also taught and instructed professionals on Adobe products as well.
