App Stops Working

I really like the new tool, but have a strange problem that is keeping me from purchasing the fill version. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem. After installing the app, I can start it up and everything works fine, but after working on our game, the new tool fails to load correctly. It is getting loaded as a process, but there are no GUI screens being displayed. I can see in Windows Task Manager that the exe is loaded up as a process, but it doesn't show up under the Applications tab. I'm running Windows XP Professional with service pack 2.
I'm not sure exactly what the correlation is between launching our game (which is based on Torque ver 1.3) and the new tool. I haven't spent enough time to figure out if the new tool is getting corrupted after launching our game once or several times. I'll post more information once I have it.

I was wrong about an correlation between our game and the tool. The problem may be tied to something else I'm using. I'm not sure, but I've seen the process load up like this between launches even when I don't start our game. I'm not having problems with any other applications so I doubt its my OS or system. I'll post again if I can figure out what is causing it. I know that uninstalling and reinstalling fixes the problem.

So, the only way to get TST Pro up and running again is to do a fresh install? Quite strange.
Please let me know if you find anything more out.
Thanks!

Bill, this is a *really* weird one. Never heard of anything like it for Torque-based apps (TST Pro is built on Torque). If you can find out more information, we'd definitely appreciate it and will try to help you figure out what's going on.

Well, maybe it was something to do with the OS. Since rebooting several days ago, I haven't run into the problem again. Sorry I couldn't give you more info. I thought it was very strange that the TST Pro was loading up as a process only, but every other Torque base app worked fine. At one time, the problem was very consistent: every time I started the Torque Demo after running TST Pro, the TST Pro process would load, but no app. I had planned to spend some time with it to see what was going on, but like I said, since rebooting, everything seems fine. Hopefully it was simply a problem with my system.

I've not come across that one before. I very often start TST Pro and the TGE many times during the same session. I even run them together without an issue.
Does this occur with the TGE demo too, or only your game?
