Server Renting

I'm just starting to learn to build my own servers, but before I invest too much time or money, how profitable is it to rent servers out. Can I sell a server (as in they are the only people able to use that computer)?
How much money would I make if I had 4 powerful computers with seperate backup power supplies per renter per month? ($100? $200?)

I have been running servers for my company and a couple of game servers at home for several years. I am curious, if you are going to be renting servers, what kind of bandwidth do you have?edited due to speellllling
