Cheap GDC flight alert!

Just a heads up. I just booked our GDC flight and got a total steal! I booked it thru Expedia and got two round trip tickets for Dallas to San Francisco and back on United for $240! Direct flights and meals. I'm still not believing that price. If your booking soon i would check Expedia.com quick.

Yea we went with The Chancellor Hotel on Union Square which was a little over $100 a night with taxes.

I use to live in the bay area, I would stay across the bay maybe, BIG price difference there. The Bart (Like the subway) can take you right to the heart of SanFran.

Last years GDC is what got me (and now us) started on Torque, was amazed at the straight forwardness of the GG people... much different than other companies, lol the GG guys were explaining things like crazy, even though then I didnt understand much of it I absorbed what I could and was impressed :) looking forward to this year !

Ack, me and my team needs to get flights and hotels squared away before prices shoot up... remember last year (our first GDC) I had a hotel picked out, next day was completely booked...Last years GDC is what got me (and now us) started on Torque, was amazed at the straight forwardness of the GG people... much different than other companies, lol the GG guys were explaining things like crazy, even though then I didnt understand much of it I absorbed what I could and was impressed :) looking forward to this year !

The hotels on the other hand are murder at close to $100 (US) a night. Some of us from MGT are staying at the Hotel Union Square which is roughly 0.8 miles from the hall, which is a decent walk but its got a good location all things considered.
