Error message

" Could not locate texture: game/data/shapes/missiles/Caligari "

The log is looking for something named Caligari. I exported my mesh from Gamespace using a Caligari material ball for the reflectance shader. And I get the " Caligari " error for each mesh that I use that Caligari material shader on in GameSpace. The environment mapping shows up but I'm wondering why that message always shows up.Thanks

I dont' think procedural shaders export, the reflectance applied to the DTS shape comes from the alpa texture-channel itself and the slider in gS is merely used to turn on a flag in the exporter. I believe the documents specifiy the Enviroment Map shader from that Library?? with the reflectance slider to FULL. Textures take over after that.

Its looking for a texture file named Caligari. This texture must be applied to one or more objects in the scene.

Use the environment map reflectance shader instead of the normal reflectance shader. (even if you arent using environment mapping) This is because it gives you more sliders to control the reflection settings for use with the exporter.

Is the exporter creating the error message or is it in the log file?

I get the same type of message when I open a .map file using QuARK. I use the .map exporter to export from Gamespace, then get the message upon opening it in QuARK. There must be some way to export a Caligari texture with the object?

NM, it was an easy fix, I just imported the texture into QuARK.
