Merge with TSE??

I would like to know if someone has tried to merge TSE with the RTS starterkit, to have for example pixel shaders enabled on the models?

We'd love to see somebody tackle this one-- now, or after TSE Milestone 2 and the new terrain. At some point, we'll be doing a pass on the RTS SK to make it compatible out of the box with TSE too, but that'll be down the road quite a ways (when TSE stabilizes a little more, and when we have time).

What Ben says is absolutely correct, it should pretty much be a breeze right now. It will probably be a bit more work once TSE's new terrain system is in place, as the RTS SK makes some specific terrain-related calls. Ben is coding up the new TSE terrain engine like a mad man, so he could speak to how similiar the interface will be there. :)We'd love to see somebody tackle this one-- now, or after TSE Milestone 2 and the new terrain.
