How long was yours?

This is a question directed at those teams who have successfully "shipped" a commercial product utilising Torque Game Engine. One of my students enquired as to how long the average project took using Torque and as I have yet to actually ship a product on TGE yet I thought I'd throw it open to those that have. So some of the answers to questions I'd like to feed back to the students would be:

How large was you team? (programmers/artists/producers/designers/etc)
How long did it take you from date of first production to gold drop date?
What modifications did you make to TGE beyond the base? i.e. physics, rendering, etc.

I'm guessing these questions are mainly directed at people like 21-6, Large Animal Games, etc.

Would really appreciate answers to the above, or whatever information you can supply. I have decades of experience developing & shipping large scale commercial game development projects, and also experience shipping small development titles too and my estimate for our own game on the TGE platform is currently 7 months production, with 2 months pre-development, (we're only 2 months in to production.)
