Problem with Orbz

I ordred a game, Orbz, from GarageGames last week, and I'm very happy with the game. Until last Friday...

I have some problem with Orbz. I'm not very good in English, so I hope you understand what I'm trying to explain to you about the problem with the
product.

Problem:
When I came to challenge 31, I must score a bronze or better (have enough points) to unlock the next challenge. First time; I scored over 1500 pionts (bronze), but nothing happened. I played challenge over and over, every time I scored over 1500 points.

Finally, I came to the next challenge (32). The same problem again! I scored 2000 points, but nothing happened. When I first scored 4000 points (Silver) the next challenge opened.

Now, I have the same problem with challenge 33. I have scored over 2500 to 4700 (who is the highest points I have scored), but nothing happened. This is very frustrating because I have scored these points I need to go to the next level (34). But I only get the following message the whole time: "Win the match to earn a medal" , even though I scored over 2500 points (bronze),and I also scored over 4500 points (silver). But nothing happen.

But i'm very happy with the game, apart from the problems to come to the next challenge (level).
