Someone once said the textures (terrain specifically I think it was) could NOT be used. Could an employee possibly say..

"If it came with the sdk its yours"

Just to clear this up once and for all please, or if they are not all free to use, can we find out what is not?

TIA

Well I would think that with the textures being so generic and sparse, That no one would care about someone using it in their game.. But really if you use just the base textures, sounds and shapes I dont think the game will sell very well...

@Tom
Basicly you can do atleast 50 textures that look differnt from the SDK textures.
And change the sounds , I bet you never could hear or see it comes from the SDK at all :)

I'll let Jeff or another Official Proclaimer say for sure, but my understanding is that as long as you're not _reselling the content_ you can use it in your game. We're not going to sue you for borrowing our footstep sounds, especially if you bought the SDK. :)

Obviously, if you make a "content pack" that just has the SDK assets in it, we might not be so thrilled. ;)
