Wierd Shadows!

Has anyone seen anything like this before? I've got a brush that breaks the shadow and seem to shift it over. It applies across the whole brush (any shadow is offset). I've deleted and remade the brush a few times and it still happens!

Ok thats werid do you have more than 1 light? almost looks like its casting 2 shadows but one of th lamps is shining light on one and making a new shadow

Its the same problem as with everything else, illegal planes created in the geometry. I still have NO IDEA how the geometry becomes illegal and neither does anybody else it seems :(
