Crazy MIP Mapping!

This is wierd! I have this one model that doesn't render properly! It seems to use the really low MIP mapping textures, Map2Dif throws no errors at all. Has anyone seen this before?

Someone explain to me how deleting/adding/changing 1 brush causes a 250 change in surface count when it only touches 5 other brushes! Then the mipmapping goes haywire!

For me, I was having it with 6-sided cubes. No matter what I did, the textures were all blurry unless I walked right up against it.

If you take a close look at the Office Theme screenshots from Orbz Golf from the last GID, you'll find I had the exact same problem... but on a 24 hour time limit, I didn't really look into what was causing it.For me, I was having it with 6-sided cubes. @Dave: Its to do with the zoning is some fashion. I have solved the problem by simplfying some of the geometry. It appears that the wall in question crossed too many other brushes and to resolve this map2dif, seemed to chop loads of brushes up!
