Best way to load a new mission

Hi,

What's the best way to go from one mission to the other? I can't seem to clear everything from one mission to the next. Is there a way to completely clear all variables and reload everything? Basically when I load a new mission I would like it to be as if I just closed Torque completely and opened it anew.
