HEAD and a Website Section Question

First of all, what is this HEAD I here people referring to? I have heard it mentioned quite a few times, and have learned it deals with the engine and not the scripting portions. I'm sure I'll know what it is when someone explains it to me.

Also, I found this section of the website earlier today (a menu just popped up magically on the right side of my screen, I have yet been able to reproduce this menu):

It appears to me this is a bug tracking system where we can submit bugs, and possibly download versons of the engine in beta form?

If I understand your question correctly...HEAD is the updated engine, but not completly tested(yet), at least i think so :)

hmmm you are talking about project manager link...it's exactly what the title says a project manager.
