Resource Missing From Website

I was trying to access the TRIBES 2: Jets & Emitters resource (http://www.garagegames.com/index.php?sec=mg&mod=resource&page=view&qid=3834) to look over it, as I thought it would be useful since the player characters in my game are flying vehicles.

Anyways, that page loads up blank - what happened to this resource, anyone know?
