First of all what happens if I get part way through the developement and I wish to sell my project to another developement team. What are the restriction other then of course they must have a license?
Also what are the restriction with massively multiplayer online games "Jeff Tunnell" said people who wanted to make them would have to read the EULA and that people had to talk to GG about developing them so what are the restrictions I couldn't see any?

Torque Owner Jeff Tunnell
There is nothing whatsoever in the EULA that keeps you from making a MMORPG. You cannot transefer ownership of your Torque license. If you want to sell your project, along with the TGE source code, the new owner would need a license.
