Look in the logfile and pinpoint the problem .
If it was the water you last added to the mission and got the error , edit the mission file by hand and delete the water.
I think there is some path to a texture or something thats wrong .

@ Matt he means edit the text version of the mission file. Open it with notepad or something similar.
