UVW unwrap in 3dsmax 4.2 doesnt work...

I uvw unwrapped my model and when i open in etheir in the
model viewer or torque itself , the texture's coordinates are wrong..

Alex, can you give us more information on what your problem is, what is happening (and not happening), basically anything that would allow us to help you troubleshoot your problem?

I have a few ideas what the problem could be, but it's all speculation at this time.

there:
I made a model very basic in 3dsmax , i applyed a texture on it from a .jpg. then i applyed a UVW unwrap modifier on my mesh to arrange the texture's coordinates on my model. then i export in .dts when i open torque and i import the model
the texture is there , but the coordinates are not there.. the texture doesnt match with the model

May or may not help but it's worth a shot, try collaping the stack. Personally i've got a strange way to texture (screenshot, paint, texture, polish, collape and repeat for groups of faces) and I havn't had any problems with Texture coods in game.

Also if the shape is animated make sure texture animation is off in the sequencer maybe?
