Billboards in TSE

BB:: function from inside max does not export correctly to TSE. This is in reference to creating billboards that are children of a different object within the max scene. Instead of them following the camera as was the case in Torque Engine, they instead just sit as they normally would if they did not have the BB:: prefix.
