I have some Questions anybody can help?

Hi everybody,
I am a delphi programmer that now working With PowerRender Game Engine But i need know more about Torque.
I like programming but i dont know vc language, i passed c languge in dos environment many years ago in the university.
now I have a project:
An art museum.
I must build a virtual museum with unknown artist numbers therefore i need to make a database with add,edit,delete and insert.
these artists are painter,musician,animator and etc.
I must use unicode (utf8) characters for the names and description for these artists and their art.
In the description i must show webpages with unicode character setting.
user select the name of an artist in front of the gallery the objects in this gallery must replace with the new artist creations.
thus i am not a professional vc programmer and need search/database/unicode/webpages and dynamic (graphic/sound/objects/animations...) for my project.
now anybody can help me and describe the torque for this purpose
I saw the torque demo it is very professional in game programming but i dont know about it for Virtual reality with dynamic objects.
do you know any sample like this?
